Questions

Do I have to log in with Twitch?

No. The overlays connect to Twitch's public chat gateway anonymously — exactly the data any viewer in your chat can see. They never ask for a password or a token, and there is no account for you to create anywhere.

Does it work with Streamlabs / Kick / YouTube?

Streamlabs Desktop and any OBS fork work — it's a standard Browser Source. Chat reading is Twitch-only in v1. YouTube and Kick support are the next thing being built, and updates are free, so buying now gets you those.

Will it lag my stream?

Each overlay is a small HTML page with no video and no heavy assets. Tick "Shutdown source when not visible" in OBS and it costs you nothing when it's off screen.

Can my viewers break it?

Every game has a per-viewer cooldown you control, so one person can't spam it. Nothing a viewer types can reach your computer beyond the game itself — the overlay only ever reads text.

Can I change the commands and colours?

Yes, from the setup panel, without touching code. And if you do want to touch code, the files are plain readable HTML and JavaScript with the options documented at the top.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Write to me and we'll fix it. If we can't, you get your money back, no argument.
